At Mountain Saturn Saab our service department is a very important part of our business.  With many years of combined experience our service team has every intention of exceeding your service expectations.

 

We realize with your valuable input that we are only as good as your last visit.  We take pride in understanding your service needs, keeping to an absolute minimum the number of return service visits, after all…we know that our Saturn customers have very busy lives.

 

Perhaps most importantly, our technicians are continually upgrading their skills to keep up to ever changing technology.  We provide computerized, state-of-art equipment and highly-skilled technicians to use it. 

 

Let us take the worry out of maintaining your vehicle with our service reminder letters, or by email.  Each time your vehicle is in for service we will hand wash your vehicle before pick up.  If you choose to wait for an oil change have a seat by the fireplace & enjoy a coffee. There’s also a children’s play area to amuse the little ones.

 

For your convenience we have a courtesy shuttle service which will get you home or to your place of work within Hamilton & pick you up when your Saturn is completed. 

 

After purchasing your new or used Saturn you’ll receive an invitation in the next 3-4 months to attend our evening clinic to see why it’s so important to service your Saturn at Mountain Saturn Saab & ask any questions you may have.  You’ll even get to see an air bag deploy.
